Our 15-Day Return Policy
Our 15-day return policy states that, after receiving an item, you have 15 days to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all tags attached, and must be contained in the original packaging. Additionally, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship the package. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Inspect the order upon receipt and contact us immediately in case of defects or damage or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and make sure it is resolved.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (for example food, flowers, or plants), custom goods (for example special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (for example beauty products). Additionally, we do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or doubts about a specific item, do not hesitate to contact us.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of promotional items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you received and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.
14-day cooling-off period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days for any reason and without providing any justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all tags attached, and must be contained in the original packaging. Additionally, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
As soon as we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you to let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will receive the refund automatically through the original payment method within 10 business days. It may take some time for the bank or the card issuer to process and display the refund.
