You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Before proceeding, you must contact us via email at info@13design.it, so we can review your request and confirm whether the return can be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition in which it was received: unused, undamaged, complete with all components, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

If your return is approved, we will provide the return address and the necessary instructions. Packages sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

We also invite you to carefully check your order upon delivery and notify us immediately of any damages, defects, or incorrect items received.
