How Are Our Products Made?

Each item is crafted to order, specifically for you. We do not maintain large inventories: we produce only what is requested to avoid material waste and ensure a more sustainable manufacturing process. Production takes an average of 20 business days, allowing us to guarantee the highest quality and the artisanal care that defines every piece.

When will my order be shipped?

During the purchase, an estimated shipping date is provided.

Once production is completed and the package has been handed over to the courier, you will receive two notifications:

• an email from the courier with the expected delivery date;

• our shipping confirmation with the link to track the package.

Delivery times refer to the moment the order is shipped, not the date it was placed.

Once ready, the package will be picked up by the courier and delivered within 2–15 days, depending on the destination.

Would you like to collect your product directly from us?

You can arrange to pick up your order directly at our location. To organize the collection, please contact us by email: we’ll be happy to provide all the necessary information and agree on the available options and timing.

Do You Ship to P.O. Boxes?

No, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or offer “hold for pickup” services.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary and are calculated at checkout based on the item's volume, weight, and delivery location.
